Contact us to arrange an online Checkup so that we can confirm your audio and video is working correctly BEFORE YOUR LESSON.

Book your child’s lesson as per normal via the parent portal.

• You will receive a email confirming your appointment. Inside the email will be a Google Meet hyperlink eg https://meet.google.com/xxx-yyyy-yyy <You do not need a Google account to do this>.
• Please ensure that you have read the online guide for:
  • The Lab 10-16 – https://www.thelab.sg/online-lesson-guide/
  • The Lab Junior – https://www.thelab.sg/online-lesson-guide-the-lab-junior/
• At the allotted time open the Google Meet link in either Chrome (recommended), Firefox or Safari on the device your child intends to use (windows or OSX please).
• If you do not have access to the Google Meet link on that device, visit this guide (https://www.thelab.sg/online/) on the device and click your session in the calendar below. Follow the Google Meet link from there.
• In the event of a problem that cannot be resolved through google meet please email, whatsapp or call The Lab so we can follow up with you.
